From a day or two I’ve noticed this behaviour in my bird and I have no idea if he needs any medical attention (he’s 7 months old). My conure has been shaking his head a lot and it has been happening when he’s on me and trying to nibble on my ear (he loves nibbling on ears, sometimes he bite too ). I have managed to take a video of him doing that. Can someone please tell me if it’s something I need to worry, cry and throw up on?.

Looks to me like your bird is trying to feed your ear. A behaviour best avoided or discouraged.
