Sweet Potatoes mashed with crushed pineapple ( 1tsp) and pineapple juice( 1/2tsp). Added to the mash was steel cut oats soaked, hemp hearts. Added Ceylon cinnamon, dried ginger dried kale and dried arugula. This 8 Ziploc tiny boxes, about 8-9 weeks worth of mashed for Bebe.

I was thinking, ¨Hmm I don´t think I´ve ever seen dried kale...¨, but then you said it is from your garden, how did you dry it?
It sounds like Bebe was excited in the background, I´m sure he knew you were making him something yummy!

I cut it from the garden, wash it and dry it roll up like cigar finely chop into slices fluff out the slices. Put on paper towel and a microwave safe plate. Microwave it at 30 second shots until dry and brittle. Once they have cooled on towel they get dumped into clean spice jar. Store in dry place.

Nicely done my friend! What a great way to make, package, & freeze food for your babies on the cheap w/ great amounts of nutrition. I like that you use the condiment cups, I'm going to steal that idea, while my vacuum sealer is down.

I also like that there's good :heart:heart:heart: smart hemp hearts in your mix!

They (little cups) are the bomb for me. I have apt size freezer, so space is limited in that freezer.
