Hey,

Wanted to make sure that the seeds mix i give my two linnies daily is okay.

(Food came with a scoop so I just use that one)

I give them:
- A small parakeet seed mix (1 scoop)
- A big parakeet seed mix (1 scoop)
- A parrot fruit seed mix (0.5 scoop)
- Chia seeds (0.5 scoop)
- 4 pumpkin seeds
- 4 almonds
- add about 3 vitamine drops

On the side they get fruit and veggies and they eat this egg powder stuff (not sure how to cal it, here in the Netherlands it's called ei krachtvoer). Helps them with growing, changing feathers and gives them vitamines to help them lay eggs.
Looks like this:

I'm really not sure about your linnie diet, I feed mine Roudybush and a little Harrisons with freeze dried veggies and several times a week they get fresh vegetables. They get plain spray millet as a treat no more than a few times a week, and I give them a couple Nutriberries a day. So... Entirely different than yours. I do know most people feed mostly pellets and sparingly seeds. You may want to post in the Food Court or health sections, there's a wealth of knowledge around here and someone has to have heard of your egg food. :)

I feed Roudybush pellets, Nutri-berries and fresh veggies. I agree, you might want to post in the Food Court/Health sections.
