Searching for a Bronze Wing Pionus!

After tons of research i found that a Bronze Wing Pionus would be a good choice for me, but i found it really hard to find them. I live in Montreal, Qc, Canada. If anyone knows someone who breeds/sells them please tell me. Any breeder in Canada would be helpfull.

I don´t know if it´s possible, but could you go to the US and bring one back with you? I´m not sure what the laws and restrictions are, or if that´s even possible due to world events.

If not, Maybe look for a different species?

I know of someone in Michigan moving to Canada who has run into issues with taking her Quaker with her. I'm not sure all the details but she had to leave him with a rescue while she sorts stuff out. So it's definitely not necessarily straightforward
