It tells you how often people like your posts except now it could also be for laughing at (or with) you or for being shocked about something you posted. I am starting to wonder if we should be more closely watching those with big reaction scores- they could be trouble with so many people reacting to them you know 
you mean i don’t get a prize if I’m popular?! Sheeeesh!
