You are correct, she does look like she is covered in Stress Bars.

When she was checked by the Vet, was a complete liver panel run? If not, you might want to consider having one run on her.

She is absolutely adorable and I really do hope that her coloration is nothing more than a harmless and interesting anomaly.

I would love to see her in person. In 30 years of breeding Macaws, I have seen some interesting color variations, but none like this. I am excited to watch her grow.

Well thanks everyone. I know you are looking out for her best interests. I do wish you could see her in person as I can't quite capture it in picture. If I have any reason to suspect a problem she will definitely be at the vet asap but she seems to be the perfect picture of health.

Wow she is stunning, very unique coloration for a B&G, I agree with you. I wonder if she'll keep it when she molts out. The difference between her back and wing feathers is remarkable!
