Recently I've become very interested in making birdie bread cupcakes for parrots at a rescue! I've already ordered a mix, but am curious what else I can do with it. Would aquafaba be a safe alternative to regular whipped cream? It doesn't seem to use any dairy or harmful products, mainly chickpea juice and cream of tartar. I'm unable to find any information on this being used for animals. Thoughts?
