Jaimie's story lives on in the hearts of more people than you realize. His pain is over and what's left as he crosses the rainbow bridge is perfect health, and all the love in the world. Danita, I can only imagine the courage it took to let him go, but when that pain lessens I hope you will glory in your unselfish rescueing of Jamie, your unfailing love for him , and your sharing of the joy of Jamie with the rest of the world.

I thank you and Jaimie. Fly free little Jamie knowing how much you are loved and how much love you gave.

Many of us are crying with you Danita, me for one. Jamie will be missed by you and all the others but you were so amazing how you took care of him and gave him the best life possible. He knows he was loved. He was extremely special so God now has an extremely special angel to watch over others. My sweet Palli will help Jamie along up there until we can all meet again. I am so sorry hun, big big hugs to you. We are all here for you. Rest in peace sweet Jamie. Your now flying and walking without pain and in beautiful feather.

Danita, words cannot express how sad I am feeling for you just now.
Jamie is free and on the next leg of his journey, he is no longer in pain or handicapped but flying high and strong.
You would not have not known him and the pain and loss will be unbearable for awhile, and then peace will descend on you and you will still have the happy memories. No one can take those away from you. God bless.

Knowing that so many people cared and were thinking about me made it all that more easier.
Every single word that has been written since last night has meant the world to me.


I felt him leave, it was strange. I kept telling him how sorry I was, my heart was pounding so hard, tears pouring onto his head, I held him there. Then my heart stopped pounding, I looked and he was gone.

Jamie was such a sweet little thing, I wish everyone of you could of just held him and seen what a little loving guy he was.

I am so sorry he is gone, I know he wanted to live. His body just couldn't do it.

You are right, Jamie's story is not over.


My other tiel is just singing and singing now, she hasn't sang for a couple of years. Who knows what that means. Maybe his pain was heavy on her too.
