I always complain about how much waste I have with Nutriberries. I often say I don't consider it a complete food because of how Ripley eats them.

Well I weighed how much I feed vs how much is left when he's done. Weight includes the bowl.

8 grams people. :tmsmakesme:

Expensive safflower seed foraging toy is all they are to him. I think he needs a new hobby

Zupreem Fruity. The only one he'll consistently eat still. I can get him to sometimes eat Caitec Ovenfresh and Pretty Bird Daily Maintenance but everything else is a firm no, complete with bowl dump :p

Ofb meets the same fate as the tropical fruit nutriberries here. Once it’s crumbled that’s it!

Maybe keep his left overs and put them in some birdie bread the next time you make some! Wow that is unreal how much gets wasted...
He rarely eats bird bread or I would! Picky duck

A shame there´s not a way to stick all the little pieces back together again ...

I ordered Zupreem Fruity. Some of mine are rebelling against the current offerings.

Could you not make a birdie bread type thing with it? It could be similar to a Nutriberry too if you added safflower seeds.

I'll try to make something out of them but he was on seeds only for 2 decades. He's very picky. He won't touch banana!

Wow that's tricky! Will he eat Zupreem Fruity made into birdie bread? Maybe then you can add this into that! When I have leftovers like this, my two regular doves get very lucky on the terrace. :p

Nope :( it took him 2 years to eat any fresh foods so he's stubborn! Obviously I keep trying though!

We tried sticking all the crumbs back together but Lurch could tell they weren't fresh and usually refused to eat them. I think they also didn't smell the same and we tried a few things to bind them back together.
Haven't bothered to try with Dobby so maybe he's less picky.

Maybe the birdy bread.... I tried this w/ some leftover Ciatec cookie crumbs & it wk'd out nicely.

I have such poor luck with him with bird bread. I've even tried to share sweet breads like banana and pumpkin loafs and he's not interested!
