Ringneck growling and attacking his own feathers

Hey guys my ringnecks seems to sometime growl Kind've aggressively and looks like he is attacking himself while preening should I be worried?.

Can you film it? If it is a big change in how he is preening it could be something bothering him. It could also be normal preening. Molts are pretty fast paced for IRN, they can drop several body feathers in a day and he could simply be frustrated with himself.

If it is alarming you don't hesitate to have a vet look him over. Never hurts to rule out injuries.
