There can be false negatives and false positives with the Bornavirus test so be aware of that.
My Amazons get both seed and pellets. They like cooked mixed vegetables. Not into fruit that much although Casey likes banana chips that come in the seed mix.
Which pellets are you feeding her?

Does she have access to the liner? If not, perhaps a sprinkle of baking soda to absorb the odors. I know my BFA's BMP ( big morning poop ) smells really bad. I also notice that it smells different due to what he eats. Maybe change the pellet brand until you find one that isn't as smelly. I think that if they don't drink enough water to thin the poop it may also smell worse. Try different combinations to see if anything helps. Also, I change the cage liners several times a day. I can't stand the smell of poop! LOL

I wonder if it's the lack of water.

Secret's has a smell to it and she doesn't drink much water.

MC drinks more water and his doesn't have a smell.

MC will eat a pellet or two and go drink. Not Secret. Of course, MC would dunk his zupreem in his water dish. Currently mine are on Roudybush daily maintenance.

I cant really respond about bornavirus but, the only way Shasta will eat veggies is if I add spicy peppers. She seems to enjoy spicy rather then sweet or plain.

Just a thought may be Zeus likes spicy too?
