Hi all,

Maggie takes a shower with me in the mornings. Since it's been chilly in the mornings lately, I dry her off with a washcloth/hand towel. She's started the habit of regurgitating as soon as I put her in the towel. I DID flip her on her back to dry her belly and wings, but I've had to stop that since she's regurgitating. I don't want her to aspirate! Even if I don't flip her on her back, she regurgitates. This is the only time she does it. I'm not sure what to think of it. Any ideas? Do you think I should quit drying her off?

You should be lucky that is the only time she does it. :hehe: My brownie regurgitates (or tries to) for me constantly.

Luckily we take our shower in the morning so there isn't a big mess of berries when she does it, lol. It's really kind of gross. I would hate to think of the mess with a larger bird. Glad to know other brownies do it!
