My conure has a red mare and has been sneezing a bit. We are in Texas (specifically DFW area) where it is cold and snowing. She is comfy and warm and no other issues, my nose is a bit irritated too. How can I help her? We do not have an air purifier or humidifier. Is it just dry air that is causing this?

Good chance it's the dry air. Since you don't have a humidifier I'd suggest you put a big pot of water on the stove & boil it to put moisture into the air.
