He was pretty sure that when I went to retrieve the scissors I was actually joining in on the fun. The scissors are now in a drawer.

Oh yeah he did a great job! I am not really worried about the scissors as much as him chewing on some plastic, probably not intended to be eaten by birds. I don't think he ingested though as there was a giant pile of ripped off bits.

They are! Those are his favourite treat and still weren't enough to bring him closer... I think the pine nuts are still sitting on them
