Are all rescues listed on pet finder?

I don't think so, but I found this list if you want to take a look:

Galahs are not very common in rescues in the USA.

Galahs tend to be fairly rare from what I’ve seen. The rescue I volunteer at only has one, compared to two sulfur-crested, 4 moluccans, about a million umbrellas...

Since we are on this track, does anyone know of a reputable Galah breeder in the USA? I am willing to ship so location doesn't really matter, but further south is better.
