The directions on Thrive Sick Bird Formula says to sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon over a cup of food (fruits, vegetable, etc.). I have canaries. They eat about a teaspoon of food a day. A cup would last forever. How do I make sure they are getting enough? Can I mix it in their water?
