Hello! I might get a quaker, just have a few questions! Are they nippy? Do their bites hurt? Are they needy? Are they loud?
And the pros and cons of owning one!

My two are pretty quiet. They don’t scream but if they want something like lights to be turned off they will express their annoyance in isolated short squawks. My caiques scream though when they want breakfast and I’m late. Anyway in my experience screaming has always been associated with unmet needs.

One draws serious blood depending on his mood. The other nips for attention lol. Just unexpected enough to be startling but just nips.

I’ll amend that. When they are outside the caiques scream for pure joy lol.
