Hi all, I have a six month old female, Anna, she has bonded with me but this week attacked me and now is ferocious with her toys. Is this hormones perhaps and how long will it last?

Quakers get to be quite territorial around their cages. It's a natural behavior and for many is lifelong. Attacking her toys is an appropriate release. What happened right before the bite and where did it occur in your home?

Some training such as target training and station training in, on and around her cage may help. The only bite that can't be rewarded is the bite that never occurs.

Time, training, and LOTS of patience. Quakers are known to be pretty cantankerous, but you just have to be more stubborn than she is.
