Q re pulling baby bird

Mama cockatiel has plucked 6 wk old baby bald so I am pulling it to a brooder. The parents are in their own room. Should the brooder be in the same room or will this cause problems. Also mama is laying eggs again. When pulling the eggs and boiling them, how long do I leave them in the nest? Will they spoil after a certain time?

The parents may call for their baby if in the same room, but it will go away with time. You can leave the eggs in for up to a month, but she will probably lose interest in them after 3 weeks.
