I was thinking about making a gourmet birdie dinner tonight, and I remembered we have some pumpkin purée from thanksgiving.
It is pure pumpkin (not the pie mix). Is it safe to use?
Also, tofu?

Pumpkin puree is one of my birds' favorite foods! I put it in everything I bake for them I think
As for tofu, there is varying opinions on giving it to birds. If they are eating pellets, they likely are already eating soy, and too much of a good thing can certainly be bad for them. I personally would skip it, too.
