Pumpkin seed question

Hi all, we just carved our pumpkins for Halloween and I have a whole bowl full of fresh pumpkin seeds. Can I give these to my 'tiel for treats? Do I just roast them in the oven? Thanks!

I second @Mizzely the flesh is also safe for birds, so it's a great enrichment activity!

Maggie loves pumpkin seeds! Not sure about pumpkins though. I know they are safe but I don’t know if she will like it or not.

I have roasted the seeds. I tried giving her a piece of pumpkin flesh to bite on but she acts as if I stuck a dirty sock between the bars. lol Thank you for your replies.
