Pumpkin crunch

2 12 oz bags of uncooked sprouted quinoa
1 10 oz bag of ground flaxseed
2 4 oz bags of organic freeze dried pumpkin powder

Dump all into bag, shake well and serve in small portions as snack or treat.

I got the powder from Karens naturals as they feature seasonal powders online, last year I got apple and cranberry and made apple-cran crunch.

I used tru roots quinoa as it's prewashed and sprouted. My guys won't eat cooked but dry is like crack to them.

Like I noted, it's a treat, I'm aware of the fat in flax and that pumpkin contains pumpkin. Save it for my chocolate covered avocado with tobacco sprinkles recipe for birds. Pictures when I get home.

Cuddles!!! Love the name! I could probably rename my Beaker to "Cuddles", as he is a cuddly one!! But he says his name, and I don't want to cause any confusion

No, my bunch does not like wet or cooked food. Most parrots can eat and enjoy uncooked quinoa but I get a pre washed as I've heard it has a bitter taste.
