I think it would be fun if everyone posted your routine with your birds!
You can do a video, text, anything!
Here is my birds,

Birdie Daily Routine

8:30 Wake Birds Up

Clean Food/Water Bowl

Get Birds Breakfast (chop/tops)

9:00 New Cage Liner

Let Them Out

Switch Out Toys

2:00 Let Birds Out

Take Them Outside

5-10 Min Training Session

4:30 Clean Food/Water Bowl

Get Birds Supper (seed/zupreem)

7:30 Cover Their Cages

And of course all the daily cleaning!
I don't do it always those exact times. Just give or take 15 min.

Mine don’t have a strict day schedule. Only a bedtime/get up time.
8am - lights on. Say good morning birdies. Give them a little bit, maybe 15 or so minutes to wake up

8:15-8:30 - breakfast time. Clean water dishes. Everybody gets to come out and be on top of their cages while I tidy up. Clean any flat perches that are messy from sleeping on

From breakfast being served until 11 they are back in their cages for their light time with their avian lamps.

Their get out of cage time really fluctuates but is often in the afternoon. Today I started getting them out at noon (I’ve got one in quarantine)

6:30 - dinner time. More fresh water.

8:00 - Bedtime treats and lights out

At some point cages are tidied. I’ll probably have to vacuum 8 times lol. The purifier screen needs cleaned since I have dusty birds. I don’t run a strict schedule and I find I have far less behavioral issues this way. My husband does with his flock and his group screams so much if things get out of order.

Nice! It is good in my mind to not have a strict schedule!

Morning noisy birds normally about 6:30/7:30 they have to see me to be quiet I like they like to know I am still alive

take iris to school back at half 8 tidy up downstairs load dishwasher hoover up make cup of tea
Get birds out about 9/10ish

Depending on them sometimes they like a good zoomie while I clean bowls fill up fresh water or they go straight to perch and wave and flip for treats so we do a little training session
They play and preen while I tidy up coconut toys and change sheets every other day we go shower grates and trays normally ends up with remi in sink while he baths in my hands soaking me and bathroom
Pip then likes his bowl he now goes under his cage for bowl when he wants a bath
We play or I just sit watching them with a cuppa looking at my phone while remi pulls my buttons off
having remi snuggles pip not down for cuddles he sits in window preening while remi sits against my face
We have a little dinner
They fly into my bedroom while I do my makeup have to make a foraging box in on my dresser so remi doesn’t try putting it on himself or trying to eat it or attack brush as it’s clearly hurting me
They go in their cages for naps and veggies about 2
I get iris we either go to dance or home they come out while I clean up veggies and replace with pellets back in for 5ish go make tea
Then about 18:30/19:30 they come out while I fill up foraging toys change water again then back into cages for tickles and night nights

if I am working the two days 12hours it doesn’t go like this
I say morning at 6:30 change water and tell them I am working
19:30/8 I fill up foraging toys change food water they get about half an hour out which I knows crap

6:30 am or so - husband gets up and makes everyone's chop, feeds and waters the birds. Olive is asleep until breakfast, Mochi has been singing since 5ish.
7:15-8:30 am - Olive and Nuggs out in the living room, I do some training with all three of them
8:45 am - 5 pm- Nuggs in office with me, Olive on her stand in the living room (husband has been working on training over lunch), Mochi in her cage (with occasional bribes to encourage stepping up/desensitization) until we can get her back in her cage without traumatizing everyone (definitely making good progress). Various siestas.
5:30 pm - dinner and Olive is immediately ready to go to sleep
6-7 pm- Nuggs is ready for bedtime, we may or may have her out until then depending on schedules
8 pm + Mochi still awake and singing to herself despite minimal interaction after 7

My house runs on unabated chaos.
Honestly mine does when iris is home for holiday weekends it’s only because I get time when she’s at school
Evening with dance 6times a week homework reading etc

honestly you need a medal for home schooling I did it with iris during covid when schools shut me and hubby are key workers so she could go but didn’t want to risk it with her hsp
And then your birds and housework cooking you do amazing
