Can everyone with quakers please post pictures of their quaker standing and perching if you could. It would REALLY help me with baby so I can see how close she is. PLEASE make sure their FEET and legs are in the photo

how old is your baby? Splayed leg isn't normally fixable (at least home remedies) after their bones fuse together which is normally what happens before they leave the nest

has he/she been seen a vet?

Yes, she has been seen by a vet...multiple times. I actually talk about her in the special needs thread. She actually JUST got back from a vet. LOL.
