I lucked out with Louise. Only thing I can think of is another bird to keep her company where they get along or co exist without triggering egg laying. She watches bird videos with me, is interested, and returns calls. Love the hawkheads or another grey. But can’t do that until the grands move out, looks like August.

This looks to be a Personatus or Fischeri lovebird. I don´t know which one because I´m not very good with their mutations. Maybe @expressmailtome will know :)
Not a Peach faced (Roseicollis) lovebird, but a very beautiful bird! I really like they greyness :swoon:
Oh sry, but I mean both are my dream birds, I dont mean that Peach faced is turquoise, silly me

This is a Peach-faced lovebird. The colours are the mutation.

Turquoise peach-faced lovebird;

They can look a little different, some have a peachy brow above the beak.

I hope you get one one day :)

A sun conure or a nanday is probably as close as I have to a "dream bird" - I was looking for a Sunny when I met Tibs. Really, I just love the Aratinga group. So any of them could quality as a dream bird for me lol. I LOVE conures.

I love red tailed black cockatoos(male coloration), but I don’t think their personality and demands fits what I want.

I think this color of Rosellas are super pretty!
Well, all the rosellas are pretty to me. I love red and yellow on birds the most.
But..... I just want fancy chickens really.

Phoenix rooster. I’d train him to be polite and wear a harness. White, so I can use food dye and change his tail colors occasionally.

I've wanted a wild type Personatus for a long time, it's no secret at this point. :flb:

I'd also love a grey headed lovebird, and an abyssinian lovebird. Both male (because they are sexually dimorphic)

And later in the future when the law prohibits owning exotic birds here in this country, I would love doves. Just like the ones that visit my balcony. Maybe when I'm an old lady and I have some doves I can talk to them and reminisce about Pepper and his family.

And at some point I would love some zebra finches.
why is your country outlawing parrots?

My dream bird is a macaw, but if I had to be specific, a blue and gold or a blue throated! Also maybeeeeee a hyacinth.

One of my dream birds that I could actually consider getting, is a yellow-face type 2 sky-blue opaline spangle budgie. That’s a thing... right?

Do you have a photo of such bird? I´m no good with budgie mutations but I´d love to see :)
