I recently purchased a bird from a private breeder. She claimed the bird was 10 days old and Saturday, 20 March 2021. However my past experience and research put the baby at about five days old. My question is, is my newborn stunted? One of his eyes is barely trying to open and the other has never been. It looks like it may be sealed. Saturday Sunday and Monday the baby ate every two hours. The baby is now eating every 3 to 3 1/2 hours.I have taken pictures since Saturday, the most recent being today. How old would you guess this baby is?

I can't guess about the age or anything (I'm only familiar with hand-rearing baby lovebirds), but I don't think that the eye thing is a problem. It takes at least a week for a baby lovebird to open their eyes, and since cockatiels are bigger, I would guess that it takes them longer. But congrats on your new baby!!
