Pionus Parrot beak grinding

Hello pionus parronts!

I saw a question somewhere about if pionus parrots do beak grinding, (most of you all probably already know) yes they do! Here is a link to a video of Ava beak grinding! Its a link to instagram but I hope it works, I haven't figured out how to post videos here.

My little woman grinds her beak every day! Before bed for sure, but also just during mid-afternoon sleepy rest times She also does it to self-soothe once she's tucked safely back on her favorite perch after something has stressed her out.

Mine do it too especially before bedtime: I heard him doing it for 10/15 minutes straight ahah
