Photos from this weekend. Hubby found these spoonbills at the causeway near Huntington beach. Once in a while they come through on their migration but are usually too far out for him to get any decent photos.. but not this Saturday! Enjoy!

I viewed this post last night while on my phone and had to come back this morning to take a peek on my laptop. The photos are even more spectacular. While the subject is gorgeous the photography is really impressive.

I viewed this post last night while on my phone and had to come back this morning to take a peek on my laptop. The photos are even more spectacular. While the subject is gorgeous the photography is really impressive.

Thank you! Photography is his true passion and when he comes across unusual birds he gets so excited. This was the first time he had seen them up close in our area. I'm so glad he has a great hobby that also preserves the beauty of nature in captured moments. He leaves so early in the mornings on weekends to get to his destinations. It's fun to see what he finds when he comes home and shares his photos with me.
