Pink / Grey feet? Owl noise?

Question 1... Why do some collared doves have pink feet, and others have grey feet?

Question 2... There is a dove that comes and sits on the railing, and makes a little noise like an Eagle owl, other just make the usual call. Why does this bird make a different sound?

I do not have a good answer for you specific questions, but adorable video! My cockatiel had pink feet with grey splotches, not a dove clearly!, but idk I guess I just assumed they inherit foot colour from their parents.

That call sound like a crow, how interesting.
