Does anyone know what a hybrid between a yellow sided green cheek conure and a pineapple green cheek conure would look like?

Welcome! Since they are both green-cheeked conures, the offspring would not be hybrids, but mutations of green-cheeked conures.

Yep Mutation.... 'Crossbreed' sometimes is used for that, but that is also not quite correct.

A hybrid would be if a green cheek mated with a ringneck (or something like that).

As stated, they are mutations, so you would not get a hybrid. It would be akin to breeding a white tiger to a regular orange tiger... kind of.

A pineapple is a cinnamon yellowsided green cheek. Depending on mutations and splits will depend on what chicks you get.

Pineapple male x yellowsided female
100% yellowsided males split cinnamon
100% pineapple females

Yellowsided male x pineapple female
100% yellowsided males split cinnamon
100% yellowsided females

Yellowsided male split cinnamon x pineapple female
50% yellowsided males split cinnamon
50% pineapple males

50% yellowsided females
50% pineapple females

This isn't taking into account other possible mutations such as turquoise or dilute.
