You may want to tell them to pitch the peanuts outdoors for the squirls. Birds are highly susceptible to Asper disease. @Hankmacaw can explain this much better & use the proper spelling if this disease. Being in Japan, as you are I don't want anything lost in translation. Better to tag the real expert! :)

Yes they are.I don't and am not planning to be owned by any birds at the moment.The owner hardly cares and there is a staff there who cares for the fish/dogs(guard dogs) and birds there and I'm chilling with him.Other than that,I doubt that he would bother(though he might consider them bad having never knew parrots at all)
