You could definitely do a lot worse!
I don’t like feeding added sugar to my crew. But added sugar isn’t the end of the world at all. If I needed to, I would feel fine feeding my tiel this.

It's a basic pellet, similar to Kaytee or Zupreem. Seems fine to me, especially if you have no other options or it fits your budget. Just remember tiels do not do well on a pellet only diet, and usually they recommend not giving more than half of their diet as pellets, with the rest being seeds and fresh veggies.

It's the only pellets available in my locality,there is also Roudybush but due to lockdown restrictions it is difficult to buy online as i am in a containment area.

Guys i have another question i have seen many mention about half a diet as pellets and 30%veggies and seeds as treats does it mean i should not keep pellets inside the cage all the time and feed them a limited quantity in intervals?

It means you feed a measured amount of food :) so instead of giving say a whole bowl of pellets, you offer maybe a spoonful or two.
