Awesome! I have been meaning to find a recipe like this. I haven't had a chance so this is indeed very helpful. I will probably do mine minus the veggies since I already do a veggie mix. or maybe I will just mix it all together into one mix to make it really easy to feed in the mornings.

I do chop all the time. Did one today, started like this
It works well for us. I use oats to soak up some of the moisture.

Just finished making my first ever veggie mix after seeing this thread, (well my 6 month pregnant wife took over, after seeing the mess i was making of her kitchen, ).Hope my fids like it fingers crossed .
