I thought so! I was blessed w/ my Harlequin baby after my Scarlet passed away. [he was a sweetheart too]. Named him Pablo. Would take him riding w/ me in the neighborhood countryside [so he could learn the area in case he flew away]. I had a special whistle I would do when I interacted w/ my birds [also just in case...]. Pablo learned to 'moo' after only 3x tries showing him the cows in the neighborhood.
I miss him so much too! Had to rehome him when I got married-- would have liked much better to just get a bigger house instead of losing him! Though the people loved him VERY MUCH!
