My little bean is in my sig. It's the same pic I'd post so I figure just to say "see sig" He is an older little guy, he will be 12 yrs old at the end of June 2011.

Here is my little boy, Bean, perched in my Christmas palm. He is a Lucida Pacific parrotlet that I was given. He is under 6 months of age, I believe. His parents picked at his feathers really bad when he was in the nest, he was lucky, though because they killed his clutch-mates. He was, for the most part, parent reared, so he prefers not to be handled. I only handle him when I need to shower him.

He really is an eye sore right now but after his first molt, I'm sure he'll be an absolute stunner

This is Sweet Pea, she lives in a house of Macaws I call her the Pit Bull. Her buddy is Oliver (Hahns) and don't tell her, she thinks she's as big as the big guys in the house.

Here's Aurora, my daughter's male Dilute-Blue parrotlet. He's very tame and sweet. He's close to 5 months old now.

Aurora got a couple of head feathers wet before eating, and it made him look angry.

The Dilute parrotlet in my avatar was my son's. Sunshine passed away very unexpectedly around a month ago when he was about 5 months old.

Here's Tinkerbell. Came to us because her owner was being sent to a nursing home. She's supposedly unhandleable. Hates my hubby with a passion. I like to imagine that this is what Nia would be like if we compressed all that 'zon goodness down to a teeny package.
