Parakeet Toys and Perches

Hi, I'd like to find some recommendations for perches and toys that would be good and fun for them.

My 2 parakeets mostly prefer toys that are soft and easy to rip apart along with places they can swing and hang from. (They specially like these Link )
It would be best if the options were affordable since I have a rather tight budget as of my current situation. (The budget would be around 50-60 USD on these items)

So if anyone could reply it would be huge help

My store specializes in toys for smaller birds, and I use a ton of easy to shred and rip materials such as balsa, yucca, sola, cork, and mahogany.

If you want Stainless Steel Toys, I'm your source!! I make little toys for Budgies and all orings are welded closed! I also do wooden toys as well. The other vendors here make great toys!
