So after a loooong time of searching I finally found a medium sized aviary that could fit indoors, that would ship here, and it also didn't cost me an arm thankfully.
So of course we ordered, adress, email and all the usual. Then when we went to pay method, it somehow just said 'declined' over and over again. I shut it off and returned to the sight and got extremely irritated because there was only one left (I needed two and originally there was three left) , thought someone had beat me to it and bought two before I could get there and resumed the painful search for an aviary.
Two hours later the confirmation email of 'purchase' came through. I hadn't given any card details so nor did I pay because the big 'declined' sign blocked it. Apparently it is shipping to us now?
