One-human Meyer's parrot

Almost a year ago, I married my lovely wife, and her two parrots (a green cheek conure and a Meyer's parrot) entered my life. At first, the Meyer's was kind of suspicious of me, but now she has gone all the way to the other extreme. She seems to like me a lot, but she won't let my wife scritch her. At most, the Meyer's will sit on the edge of my wife's lap and then fly to me after a few minutes. So basically she has switched loyalties from my wife to me. What's going on, and is it fixable?

It is not at all uncommon for parrots to switch who their favorite person is.
