Olive Throated Conures?

Does anyone have any info or experience with these guys? I just saw one up for adoption near me, and although I have no intention of adopting her, she's pulling at my heart a bit I've never heard of them before, and they just look so cool!

Looks like they used to be in Aratinga but were moved to Eupsittula (same family as peach fronted, half moon, etc) so probably are a little loud
