Long time no post! Nugget has been doing amazing! Definitely a crazy girl! I decided to buy a new bed frame and memory foam mattress and after some research, I am now terrified to take them out of the box after learning about off gassing!

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, but due to flooding instances that previously made the bedroom unusable, we’ve been staying in my living room as if it were a studio. I saw that it is recommended to have a separate room for new furniture to air out and to have window open to allow fumes to escape, but it is rain season where we’re at so I haven’t wanted to try it out.

Should I try to purchase an air purifier, or are there any other things I can do? My main priority is her safety, they will be in the boxes for as long as is needed, appreciate y’all’s time! ❤

To clarify, the repairs were recently done on my apartment (with her out of the house) and the bedroom would be a good space for the furniture to off gas.
