No new feathers

Hi.i have a 8 years old lovely boy .
The problem is i didn't see new feathers growing in the past year and no losing feathers either.
Some of his feathers on his head are so long and curved
Should i be worried or its just because of the age ?

Most of the time its "padovan-mix for australian birds"
In addition: fruits(grape-cucumber-apple...)-vegetables(carrot-pea-Broad bean)-bread and rice

For a cockatiel, long, curved feathers for their crest is a good thing.
