That was beautiful BobI lost Nerd bird in 2009 at the end of a awful year for me and it was devastating but now I can smile and think of him more happy than sad too. As long as she's remembered she's never really gone.

We never stop missing them. I still think about Sunny everyday. But we're both fortunate that we get to share our homes with other birds who needed homes. I think Cassie and Sunny would be happy about that.

It has been 8 years since I lost Hank. Like you Bob I smile now every time I think of him. What great times we had.

There are so many of us who have birds up there, who will never have another like them. The names roll through my head. Jamie, Greg, Cassie, Zoe, Eloy, Zane................

I cried when I read your tribute to Cassie. There’ll never be one quite like her.

We lost Mickey, let‘s see, it’s been 5-1/2 years now......hardly a day goes by when we don’t think about him.
