A few days ago I got 6 new mousebirds shipped from a nice breeder in CA. They are slowly settling in and getting used to those strange lon-necked white things (the geese) roaming outside, and to me.
At night they look sweet because they don't want to hang and they all sleep in a platform bed lined with moss. I'm giving them new treats such as Hibiscus, and they seem to enjoy them.
One is a handicapped mousebird that is missing the toes on the left foot. Cindy will be adopting him
