Hi all,
Just joined, excited to share and learn along the way! Used to have lovebirds, 20 years ago and they gave me a few babies. It’s been a while but we are back at it, with two cuties, Wally and Eva, both peach faced. Wally is green and nearing 5 weeks while Eva is yellow and about 4 weeks.

I’d love to just shoot a few questions as they come to mind to continuously learn and do the best by my babies! All advice and general thoughts are welcome my way!

Hi, yes! His dad I’m guessing is normal green and his mom is…I don’t know how to describe her. I have a video of her flying into the nest box that the owner took, don’t know if it will let me upload it. But she looks to have a white face with blue. I’m sure I can find a similar stock photo and maybe you can help me identify her. Btw, I’ve had a similar pair almost two decades ago, that had babies and one of them was the same, pale face with a little gray head and blue a blue body. Just curious, what was the tell that he was a hybrid?
