We are finalizing our aviary and would like recommendations for live plants to include which are safe for our birds. Thanks in advance for any info.

Couple of questions to help narrow down your options:

How large is the aviary - length, width, height?
Is it indoor, outdoor, or mixed?
What kind of climate do you have in your area?
Will you be planting in containers, raised beds, or directly into the ground?
Any other birds or animals to be housed in the aviary, besides finches?

I know bamboo and spider plants are favorites of a lot of finch owners. I use plants like parsley, clover mix, seed mix etc.
