I made the decision to use stainless steel dishes for Kei instead of his Parrot Tower plastic ones. I went to Petco looking for regular coop cups but saw this dog dish holder on sale and decided to get it and try to figure out how to put it on my stand or off a cage. I tried several things before noticing how perfectly my little travel stand goes over it! The only problem is that if he poops it will go straight into the water or food. He had it all day today and so far has not pooped in either so hopefully he realizes that he should go somewhere else to poop. 
Oh, and that fresh mix makes up a majority of his diet and he will eat that entire bowl in a day (these pics were taken this morning).
