New Budgie owner - Budgie breathing

Hi All, I have a budgie for the 1st time. I have had him for 2 weeks now. I can see his little chest move up and down when he breaths is that okay? It has been like this since I got him. Im so stressed all the time that Im doing something wrong.

You're most likely over-analyzing because you're nervous. Does he look panicked or often crash around in his cage?

No his not nervous at all. He never crashed around. He chirps, eat, drinks, and plays allot. And hops around from stick to stick

When one gets a new bird we think it is wise to take that bird to an avian vet for a baseline checkup. Really, should line up an avian vet before getting the bird.
