New budgie, but what morph is he?

He's beautiful, healthy, but im not positive on the morph. I think yellowface spangle, but what do you think?
The yellow on his face is much brighter in person.

Yes, Dianne. It is just a different way of saying mutation that is commonly used in other types of animals, especially reptiles.

yea, sorry I started out with snakes and lizards so now I'm so used to just calling them morphs. But yea, mutation is the correct term here. Sorry, my bad, I think I'm just so used to reptiles now.

I agree he is absolutely stunning. I was shocked that they had him (FYI, I got him at Petsmart, but it's a Petsmart that I trust, the staff is great and they truly care about the animals)
But all the same, i got him for $20. And he is absolutely AMAZING. he has an incredible temperament, he's super healthy, not to mention beautiful!

Yellowface Opaline Spangle would be my guess . I had one similiar but he did not have a yellowface.

Lady Jane, the two budgies I bought this last Tuesday, also did not have their wings clipped. Hurray!

Its Petco that has a policy for employees to clip the budgies right away so they do not accidently get loose in the store.
