She is precious...and definitely, most definitely crying for food...She may have regressed (they sometimes do). Try feeding her some soft mushy food off the end of a spoon.(preferably something warm).

You could try warm plain oatmeal. If she isn't satisfied with that I would take her back to the place you got her from and let them finish hand feeding her. She may have been weaned but as Anne said, it isn't uncommon for them to regress in their new home.
