Neil really distracted me from watching the bird! Too bad he didn't introduce him.

I looked after Poppy, a friend's 30 year old African Grey a month ago, and she perched without fidget on her cage top for well over an hour whilst a Neil Sedaka compilation played. To most tracks she stayed silent, to some she made accompanying calls (not words, and not loud) but her changes in behaviour clearly occurred when the track changed. She appeared totally absorbed.
